Can I apply it directly to trees and vegetation?

Yes. Sallus Fire Retardant is biodegradable and safe for living plants. It can be sprayed on trees, shrubs and ground vegetation without harming the flora.

How much do I need for a rural property?

It depends on the area. As a reference: 1L covers ~4m² on wood/forestry surfaces. For a 100m perimeter with 2m width (200m²), you'll need ~50L. We recommend the 25L container for rural properties. For large-scale projects, containers in other sizes are available on request.

Does the product resist rain?

After full drying, the gel adheres to the surface and withstands moderate rain. In case of very heavy or prolonged rain, we recommend reapplying so that the surface stays evenly protected.

Define the Perimeter

Identify the zone to protect: house perimeter, fences, nearby trees and surrounding vegetation.

Prepare Equipment

For large areas, we recommend using a sprayer with suitable nozzles. The product requires no dilution.

Apply Evenly

Spray over vegetation and wooden surfaces. 1L covers ~4m². For maximum protection, apply a generous coat.

Seasonal Maintenance

Reapply frequently during the fire season. After heavy rain, check and reapply on the most exposed areas.
