Returns Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the moment of purchase. After this period, unfortunately it will not be possible to carry out any return, refund or exchange.

For a return to be processed, the products must be carefully packed in their original packaging, with all their accessories and components, and must not have been used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Products that are personalised or clearly adapted to the buyer's personal needs are not eligible for return.

Other goods not eligible for return include gift cards or promotional codes of a similar nature.

To complete the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase of the products in question is required.

Refund

Refund requests are accompanied by a notification to the customer of their acceptance or rejection in accordance with the commercial terms.

If the refund request is accepted, the refund will be made via the original payment method or by bank transfer to an account to be indicated by the customer, within a maximum of 30 days.

Refunds made due to stock shortage or unavailability of the product are processed within 30 days from the order date.

Late or Missing Refund

If you have not yet received your refund within the defined period, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is visible and available.

After that, contact your bank, as processing the refund may take some time.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only made for items that have a manufacturing defect or are damaged without any prior indication in the product description or in the accompanying images.

If an exchange is necessary, send us an e-mail at info@sallus.pt and ship your item to: {shippingAddress}.

Shipping

To return the product, ship it to: {shippingAddress}.

The cost of shipping to return the product is the responsibility of the requesting customer. This cost is non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping time varies depending on the location of the requester.

If you ship a product worth more than 5 €, consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you are returning.
